Shipboard Romance: Now Available!

The teaser cover for Shipboard Romance, a Stranger Things fanfiction story written by TJ Rigg.

Nothing like posting something a few weeks late, am I right?

In January, I went back and started reading and revising the manuscript of my NaNoWriMo 2019 project, Shipboard Romance. I published the prologue at midnight on New Year’s Eve as a Welcome to 2020 gift for my readers. I spent the following weeks going through the rest of the chapters.

I ended up rewriting the epilogue and expanding before finally publishing it on my birthday, as my birthday gift to myself and to my readers.

So, the story, is available in its entirety. It doesn’t seem like it should already be complete. It was about a year ago that the idea sort of fell into my head out of the blue. Initially, when it came to me, the idea was simply the story was going to be similar to the 1997 film Titanic, though without the tragic elements, and it would follow four romantic couples and one platonic couple rather than focus on one couple.

In the end, I came up with a story that was a lot of fun to write and one that’s been well-received by my readers who have read it.
