Senator Nvled Jear is Ord Mantell’s representative in the Galactic Senate. He is a man of principle and is dedicated to preserving democracy in the Republic.
Sadly, I could not create a Wookie character on the avatar creator to introduce Y’not Yorbyn this week as planned, so today’s character is Senator Nvled Jear.
Jear represents his home planet of Ord Mantell in the Galactic Senate. He is dedicated to preserving democracy in the Republic and as such, is hesitant to allow King Mobbs to return to Ord Mantell to liberate their planet, instead preferring the letter of the law to handle the affair.
He has a protocol droid named D7-K4, who assists him in the day-to-day running of his Senate office on Coruscant. D7 handles appointment scheduling, seeing guests into the Senator’s office and serving refreshments during the Senator’s meetings.
Jear’s aides in the Senate include representatives Rose Girg and Owen Spier, who assist Jear in researching the matters he votes on in the Senate. They also travel to various planets when Jear is unavailable and appear on his behalf.
