Keira Port, Apprentice to Jedi Knight Solin Malice and a powerful lightsaber wielder. She can be deadly with the Jedi’s weapon and is exceptionally powerful in the Force power of Battle Meditation.
It’s Friday, which means I have a new character from Birth of the Sith to introduce. Today’s character is Keira Port, who is Solin Malice’s apprentice when Part One of the story begins. Keira hails from Corellia, Han Solo’s home planet, and like many other Jedi Initiates, her Force sensitivity was discovered at a young age.
Keira is, at heart, a Jedi Guardian. She favors lightsaber combat over using the Force and can be a deadly lightsaber opponent. That said, she is also strong in the Force, particularly with the power of Battle Meditation, which she uses to strengthen her side’s mood and focus during battle, and weakens her opponents’ resolve.
Keira is ten years younger than Solin and by the start of Part One, she has been his apprentice for about five years. She is headstrong, and is also capable of not letting her emotions get the better of her. Like her master, she is something of a natural leader and is comfortable leading groups, particularly if she’s leading them into battle.
